Welcome to SurvivorFit. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy informs you about how we handle your data when you use our mobile application.

2. Data Collected

2.1 Apple Health Data (HealthKit)

SurvivorFit requests permission to read only the following data from Apple Health:

• Step Count: to calculate your daily progress
• Apple Exercise Time: to assess your physical activity
• Active Energy Burned: to refine energy calculations
• Workouts: for bonuses and badges

2.2 Game Data

The application generates and stores locally:

• Player state (energy level, XP, streak)
• Daily activity history (snapshots)
• Unlocked badges
• Preferences (custom goals, selected game mode)
• Avatar customization

2.3 Data Not Collected

SurvivorFit DOES NOT collect:

• Your identity (name, email, except with explicit authorization)
• Your GPS location
• Your contacts
• Your photos
• Your payment information

3. Data Usage

3.1 Purposes

Apple Health data read by SurvivorFit is used exclusively for:

1. Gamification: Calculate your energy level, XP, and progress in game modes
2. Motivation: Generate statistics, streaks, and badges to encourage you
3. Visualization: Display your activity as charts and summaries

3.2 No Commercial Use

Your health data is never:

• Sold to third parties
• Shared with advertisers
• Used for ad targeting
• Transmitted to insurance companies

4. Storage and Security

4.1 Local Storage

4.2 No External Servers

SurvivorFit operates in 100% offline mode. There is no backend server collecting your information. The app doesn't require internet connection to function (except for initial download).

4.3 Encryption

Locally stored data benefits from iOS native encryption. If your device is protected by a passcode or Face ID/Touch ID, your data is encrypted.

5. Data Sharing

No data is shared with third parties. SurvivorFit contains:

• No analytics trackers (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
• No social media SDKs
• No advertising services
• No cloud service connections

6. Your Rights

6.1 Right of Access

You can view all your data directly in the app via the History and Settings tabs.

6.2 Right to Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time:

1. Open the SurvivorFit app
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll to "Data & Privacy"
4. Tap "Reset All Data"
5. Confirm the action

6.3 Right to Revoke HealthKit Access

To revoke SurvivorFit's access to Apple Health:

1. Open Apple's Health app
2. Tap your profile picture in the top right
3. Select "Privacy"
4. Tap "SurvivorFit"
5. Disable the desired permissions

7. Notifications

SurvivorFit sends local notifications (generated directly by your device) to:

• Remind you of your daily goals
• Encourage you to maintain your streak
• Congratulate you on your accomplishments

You can disable these notifications at any time in the app Settings or iOS Settings.

8. Minors

SurvivorFit is designed for a general audience. If you are under 13 years old, please obtain parental consent before using the application.

9. Policy Modifications

We may occasionally update this privacy policy. Any changes will be notified via an app update and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated.

10. GDPR Compliance (Europe)

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under GDPR:

• Right of access to your data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object

Since all your data is stored locally and we don't collect any personally identifiable information, these rights are automatically respected.

11. PIPEDA Compliance (Canada)

SurvivorFit respects the principles of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to know what personal information is collected
• Right to delete personal information
• Right to opt-out of the sale of personal information
• Right to non-discrimination

Important: SurvivorFit does not sell any personal information and all data remains on your device.

13. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

SurvivorFit does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided information to us, please contact us immediately so we can delete such information.

14. International Data Transfers

Since all data is stored locally on your device and no data is transmitted to external servers, there are no international data transfers.

15. Data Retention

Data is retained locally on your device until you:

• Manually delete it through the app settings
• Delete the application from your device
• Perform a factory reset of your device

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• Use of iOS native encryption
• No data transmission to external servers
• Secure coding practices
• Regular security updates

17. Third-Party Services

SurvivorFit does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or analytics tools. The only external service used is Apple Health (HealthKit), which is a first-party Apple framework subject to Apple's privacy policy.

18. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of significant changes through the app and update the "Last Updated" date.

19. Your Consent

By using SurvivorFit, you consent to this privacy policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the application.
